Wash the Goru Chikkudukaya and cut them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and dried red chillies.
Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add the chopped onions and green chillies.
Fry until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the chopped Goru Chikkudukaya to the pan and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the beans with the spices.
Cover the pan and cook on a low flame for about 15-20 minutes or until the beans are tender and well cooked.
Serve the Goru Chikkudukaya curry with hot rice or roti.
