Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until it is lightly browned.
Add the cauliflower florets and stir to combine.
Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Add the water and cover the skillet.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
Add the chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
Serve hot with chapati or rice. Enjoy!
