Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add all the dry spices - coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
Add cauliflower florets and green peas and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
