Cut the cauliflower into florets and blanch them.
Take maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt in a bowl. Add water and make a thick batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret in this batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on a paper towel.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the spring onions and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Now add the fried cauliflower florets and toss in the sauce.
Gobi Manchurian is ready. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
