cauliflower florets

green peas

1/2 cup

onion, chopped


tomato, chopped


cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon


1 tablespoon

Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 4:

Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft.

Step 5:

Add cauliflower florets, green peas, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 6:

Mix everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 7:

Cover the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
