Gobhi Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish made with cauliflower florets. It is a dry dish made with a spicy sauce and is usually served as an appetizer or side dish to fried rice or noodles. The cauliflower florets are first battered and deep-fried until golden and crisp. They are then tossed in a spicy Manchurian sauce made with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chili sauce. The dish is garnished with spring onions and served hot.
