ground cumin

1 teaspoon

ground coriander

1 teaspoon



Step 1:

In a medium saucepan, combine the garlic cloves, vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground cumin, and ground coriander.

Step 2:

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3:

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:

Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Step 5:

Transfer the garlic pickle to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
