Garlic Naan is a type of Indian flatbread that is made with a combination of white flour, yeast, salt, and garlic. The dough is kneaded and then rolled into a flatbread shape before being cooked in a tandoor oven. The result is a soft, chewy flatbread with a slightly charred flavor and a hint of garlic. Garlic Naan is often served with curries, stews, and other Indian dishes.
