red chilli powder

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 3:

Add grated carrots and green peas and stir fry for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 5:

Mix everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.

Step 6:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
