cumin seeds

coriander powder

garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 3:

Add the diced carrots and green peas and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add the coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder and salt.

Step 5:

Stir fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

Step 6:

Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 7:

Serve hot with chapatis or parathas.
