Add grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add milk and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add almonds, cashews, raisins, cardamom powder and saffron strands.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
