Gajar ka Halwa is a classic sweet dessert from India. It is made by cooking grated carrots in milk, sugar, and ghee, with a generous amount of dried fruits and nuts. The dessert is traditionally enjoyed in winters, when red carrots are in season. It's highly nutritious as it contains a high amount of vitamin A from carrots.
