diced carrots

diced bell peppers

diced onions

diced celery

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

soy sauce

2 tablespoons

garlic powder

1 teaspoon

ground ginger

1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the diced carrots, bell peppers, onions, and celery to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

Step 4:

Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6:

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

Step 7:
