cooked white rice

2 cups

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

diced onion

1/2 cup

diced carrots

1/2 cup

frozen peas

1/2 cup

cloves garlic, minced


soy sauce

2 tablespoons

oyster sauce

2 tablespoons

sesame oil

2 tablespoons

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion, carrots, and peas and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and stir to combine.

Step 6:

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8:

Serve hot.
