Step 1:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3:

Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Step 4:

Place the chicken in the hot oil and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5:

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
