cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add the diced potatoes and stir to coat with the oil.

Step 4:

Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

Step 5:

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Uncover the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Step 7:

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
