Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, and salt.

Step 2:

Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Step 3:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 4:

Add the marinated paneer and vegetables to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5:

Serve hot with chutney or raita. Enjoy!
