chopped tomato

1/2 cup

chopped cilantro

1/4 cup

chopped mint leaves

1/4 cup



Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.

Step 2:

Rub the mixture onto the fish fillets and set aside.

Step 3:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 4:

Add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Step 5:

Add the tomato and fry for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add the fish fillets and fry until golden brown.

Step 7:

Add the cilantro and mint leaves and fry for a few minutes.

Step 8:

Serve hot with rice or chapati.
