fish fillets

500 grams

lemon juice

2 tablespoons

red chili powder

1 tablespoon

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

coriander powder

1 tablespoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

garlic paste

2 tablespoons

ginger paste

2 tablespoons

fish masala powder

1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Cooking oil for frying

Directions

Step 1:

Rinse the fish and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Step 2:

In a bowl, mix together the spice powders, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 3:

Rub this mixture onto the fish fillets and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4:

Heat oil in a pan and once hot, add the fish.

Step 5:

Fry on medium heat until the fish is golden brown and crispy.

Step 6:

Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Step 7:
