Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the fish fillets into strips.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, and parsley.
In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the milk, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
Dip each fish strip into the flour mixture, then into the milk mixture, and then back into the flour mixture.
Place the fish strips on a greased baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fish strips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
