ripe bananas

milk (dairy alternative for vegans)

Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Step 2:

Add the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, and vegetable oil to the bowl with the mashed bananas.

Step 3:

Mix all the ingredients together until just combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps.

Step 4:

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.

Step 5:

Pour the pancake batter onto the hot pan, each pancake about 4 inches wide.

Step 6:

Cook until you see small bubbles form on the pancakes and they start to brown at the edges, then flip and cook the other side.

Step 7:

Serve the pancakes hot with your favorite toppings.
