An egg roll is a popular Indian street food that originated in Kolkata. It consists of a flaky paratha that is wrapped around an omelet, filled with onion, tomato and sweet and spicy chutey. It is a filling and delicious and can be made healthier by using a whole wheat paratha.

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up and over the filling. Fold the sides in towards the center and roll the wrapper up until it is sealed.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the skillet.
Place the egg rolls in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the egg rolls from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the egg rolls with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
