Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
