Boil the eggs and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and peas.
Saute for a few minutes and then add the Maggi noodles.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add the boiled eggs and mix gently.
Cook for a few minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
