In a large bowl, whisk the beaten yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt together until well combined.
In a pan, heat the oil and temper with cumin seeds, green chillies, dry red chillies, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida. Let it crackle.
Now add the yogurt mixture to the pan and bring it to a boil.
Lower the heat and let the kadhi simmer for 20-25 minutes until it thickens.
Adjust the seasonings and add boiled eggs to the kadhi.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
