Warm the milk, sugar, salt and butter in a small pot until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
In a large bowl, combine the warm milk mix with eggs, then add bread flour, all purpose flour and yeast.
Mix until a dough forms then knead for about 10 minutes.
Let the dough rest in a greased bowl, covered for about 90 minutes or until the size doubles.
Shape the dough in a loaf and let it rise again in a loaf pan for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C), bake the bread for 35-40 minutes and let it cool before slicing.
