Wash and soak the Basmati Rice for 30 minutes.
Heat Ghee and Oil in a pressure cooker.
Add Onions and Green Chillies and sauté until golden brown.
Add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Turmeric Powder and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the Mixed Vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the Boiled Eggs and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the soaked Basmati Rice and mix well.
Add 4 cups of water and salt to taste.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and fluff the Biryani with a fork.
Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
