Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
Add chicken pieces to the mixture and ensure that they are well coated with the spicy mixture.
Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, and green chillies, give it a good mix.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, drop the chicken pieces into the oil and fry until it turns golden brown.
Remove the chicken pakoras and drain the excess oil using a paper towel.
Serve the chicken pakoras hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
