Ingredients

mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins, etc.)

1 cup

jaggery

1/2 cup

ghee

1/4 cup

cardamom powder

1/4 teaspoon

sesame seeds

1 tablespoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a pan and add the dry fruits. Roast them for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the jaggery and stir until it melts completely.

Step 3:

Add the cardamom powder and sesame seeds and mix well.

Step 4:

Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool down.

Step 5:

Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, take small portions of it and shape them into ladoos.

Step 6:

Serve the ladoos and enjoy!
