Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the chopped dates and fry for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.

Step 3:

Add the sugar and milk and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 4:

Add the almonds, cashews, and raisins and stir for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add the cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and stir for a few more minutes.

Step 6:

Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7:

Serve the dry dates halwa warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
