Dosakaya Pachadi is a traditional chutney from the southern states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in India. It is made from dosakaya, also known as yellow cucumber, and is a staple in many households in these regions. The dish has a unique flavor balance with a combination of sweet, sour, and spicy. It is usually served with hot rice, ghee and papad as a main course meal or side dish.

Wash the dosakaya, cut it into half, remove the seeds and chop into small pieces.
In a mixer grind the chopped dosakaya, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to a coarse paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dried red chillies and asafoetida.
Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, turn off the flame and add this to the ground dosakaya mixture.
Dosakaya pachadi is ready to serve.
