Soak the rice and urad dal in separate bowls for at least 4 hours.
Drain the water from the soaked rice and urad dal and grind them separately in a blender or food processor.
Add the fenugreek seeds to the urad dal mixture and blend until it forms a smooth paste.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan.
Spread the batter evenly with the back of the ladle and drizzle some oil around the edges.
Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few minutes until it is golden brown.
Serve the dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
