Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper then cook in a frying pan with olive oil until evenly cooked. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
Cook the fettuccine pasta as instructed on the packaging. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter then add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer. Slowly whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until pasta is coated with the sauce. Add the chicken strips and mix well until everything is combined.
