honey

1/4 cup

water

1/4 cup

ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon

ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon

ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon

ground allspice

1/4 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:

In a medium saucepan, combine the dates, honey, and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3:

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:

Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.

Step 5:

Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 6:

Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Step 7:

Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
