Dark chocolate is a form of chocolate containing cocoa solids and cocoa butter without the milk or butter found in milk chocolate. It generally contains less sugar and more cacao solids than milk chocolate, hence has a richer, more intense flavor. Amul is an Indian dairy cooperative society, based in Anand, Gujarat, India. Amul produces a wide range of dark chocolate products, including bars, spreads, and baking ingredients. Their dark chocolate bars are made with cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids, and come in a variety of flavors, such as plain, almond, and orange.
