Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add chopped tomato, green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Sauté for a few minutes until the tomatoes are cooked.
Add the daliya and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the daliya is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
