Dahi ke Kebab is a popular vegetarian starter dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. The main ingredient is yogurt (dahi) and other condiments, making them soft, creamy and a delight to the taste buds. Typically deep fried, these kebabs are perfect to be served at parties or family dinners. They are generally served with mint chutney or tamarind chutney.

In a bowl, add the hung curd, gram flour, green chillies, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
Then add the fresh coriander leaves and mix.
Slowly add the breadcrumbs into the mixture and combine until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Make small balls from the dough and flatten them so they resemble kebabs.
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Deep fry the kebabs until they become golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
