vegetable oil

1/4 cup

onion, chopped


cloves garlic, minced


red bell pepper, chopped


frozen peas

1/2 cup

chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup

lime, cut into wedges




Step 1:

Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and set aside.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, and chili powder.

Step 3:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the bell pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Add the curry mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Step 6:

Add the fish fillets and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Step 7:

Add the peas and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 2 minutes.

Step 8:

Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro.

Step 9:

Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
