Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
Stir the milk occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
When the milk starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down to room temperature.
Add the yogurt and lemon juice to the cooled milk and stir well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 8-10 hours.
After 8-10 hours, the milk will have thickened and curdled.
Strain the curdled milk through a cheesecloth or muslin cloth.
Transfer the strained curd to a bowl and enjoy!
