fresh yogurt

2 cups

grated cucumber

1 cup

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

chopped coriander

1/4 cup

black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon



Step 1:

Add cucumber, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to the yogurt in a large bowl.

Step 2:

Mix it well till all the ingredients are properly blended.

Step 3:

Chill the raita in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
