Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and red onion.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Step 3:

Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onion and toss to combine.
