Drain the soaked black chana and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt to taste.
Mix everything together and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame, stirring occasionally.
Once the chana is cooked, turn off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
