Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add chopped onions, green chilies to the pan and saute until the onions turn golden brown.
Now add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add grated coconut and stir well till all the ingredients are mixed properly.
Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat.
Take it off the heat and serve it hot as side dish with rice or roti.
