Coconut milk is a creamy, white liquid made from the flesh of mature coconuts. It is a popular ingredient in many Southeast Asian and Caribbean dishes, as well as a dairy-free alternative to cow's milk. Coconut milk is high in fat and calories, but it is also a good source of several vitamins and minerals. It can be used in smoothies, curries, soups, and desserts.
