Add cumin and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
Add grated coconut and sauté for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is well combined.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until it forms a smooth paste.
Serve the coconut chatni with your favorite snacks. Enjoy!
