puffed rice

small onion, finely chopped

small tomato, finely chopped

small cucumber, finely chopped

small carrot, grated

green chilli, finely chopped

fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped

Salt to taste

tamarind chutney, or to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the puffed rice, onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, green chilli, coriander, peanuts, and salt.

Step 2:

Drizzle tamarind chutney over the mixture and mix well. Adjust the salt and chutney as needed.

Step 3:

Serve the Churumuri immediately to avoid the puffed rice becoming soggy.
