sliced onion

1/2 cup

sliced bell pepper

1/2 cup

carrot juliennes

1/2 cup

chopped celery

1/2 cup

sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup

cloves garlic, minced


soy sauce

2 tablespoons

sesame oil

1 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon

red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 teaspoon



Step 1:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion, bell pepper, carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

Step 4:

Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are heated through, about 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
