Step 1:

Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker until they are soft. Peel and mash them.

Step 2:

Heat the mustard oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 3:

Add the chopped tomato and all the spices. Sauté for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.

Step 4:

Add the mashed potatoes and mix everything together.

Step 5:

Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is well combined.

Step 6:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
