Ingredients

boneless chicken

cornflour

bell pepper, cut into squares

soy sauce

2 tablespoons

vinegar

1 tablespoon

chilli sauce

1 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with cornflour, salt, and water. Set it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are golden brown.

Step 3:

In another pan, heat some oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green chillies.

Step 4:

Add the onions and bell pepper and stir fry for a couple of minutes.

Step 5:

Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and mix well.

Step 6:

Add the soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and mix well.

Step 7:

Cook all the ingredients together for a few minutes until the chicken is well coated with the sauces.

Step 8:

Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
