Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add bell peppers and sauté for a few minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
Add red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes and mix gently.
Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
